Reiki means 'universal life energy'. Reiki has always been around us. Reiki heals on all levels physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. This is what we mean by healing.Reiki energizes the body, assisting healing and reducing stress.Creating a calmer and more relaxed attitude to life.

Individual Treatment
This can be outside in the olive grove or under a tree or in my therapy room. I offer a calm, relaxing and safe space.
Reiki involves the gentle laying of hands on or above your body in a series of hand positions.
You can receive Reiki in a sitting or a lying down position. I can use music, candles and scents if you wish - although they are not essential to the healing process they do help many clients to relax.
A treatment takes around an hour. It is a good way of dealing with stress, anxiety, loss, getting over shock, addictions, or trauma. Reiki is not a treatment for any specific illness or condition.Reki is a gentle and safe healing energy which promotes inner peacefulness.

Reiki Courses
If you are interested in learning Reiki I offer a range of courses which will provide a great opportunity to learn this wonderful way of healing.
During a course you will receive an attunement from me which will promote cleansing and clearing enabling you to be in tune with the Reiki energies. These courses can be life changing. People report many positive developments following their individual attunement to Reiki.
I offer Reiki training to master level. All courses provide skill based teaching, comprehensive manual, Reiki attunement, plenty of opportunity for practice. All courses are fully certificated in the Usui tradition
As your Reiki master I will continue to offer support following the course.
Courses are run over 2 days or can be incorporated into a well being break.If you need time away from your normal daily life,commitments and responsibilities then making your Reiki training part of a holiday experience can be very powerfull.
