During your Yoga break you can experience and explore the numerous benefits of Hatha Yoga.
Amanda our local yoga teacher will guide you through a range of relaxation techniques,postures,and meditations.

We will begin the course with an outline of the Hatha Yoga system and its four elements of
Breathing, Meditation, Postures and Relaxation.
Written information will be given for your reference.
Each day we will explore the four elements and bring into perfect balance mind, body and spirit, leaving you feeling calm, centred and rejuvenated.
Practice starts from 9 am-10.30 on 5 days, followed by breakfast .
During these sessions individuals will learn to move and work with their breath, developing self awareness and natural body flow as we practice Hatha Yoga Postures.
Meditation will enable individuals to focus their mind and find inner peace and calm, developing clarity and concentration.
Breathing exercises help to relax the body and still the mind as well as improving blood circulation and energy levels in the body.
Relaxation helps the individual to experience a deep sense of well being throughout the body and mind, develop body awareness and aids the natural healing process of the body.
