Reiki courses in rural Valencia.

Reiki courses are either run over 2 days or can be part of a holiday experience.
Prior to your holiday I will contact you and have a chat about your Reiki course and personal objectives.Together we will plan your course so that each day you will have some direct teaching,hands on healing and lots of opportunity to learn this wondrous system.

In total you will need approximately 10 hours for your course.You will receive an attunement,a comprehensive manual and a certificate.

Costs
The courses costs between 100 to 300 euros depending on the level you are learning plus price of accommodation if you stay here.

Reiki Breaks

If you want to come with a partner or a friend the cost of the accommodation covers a maximum of x3 persons per night.It is not necessary for everyone to participate in the course. This approach offers flexibility,and an opportunity to do something different whilst on holiday.These courses provide skills for life which will last long after your holiday is over.
Once you are attuned to Reiki it will be with you whether you decide to practice or not.Obviously like anything in life the effort you decide to put in will to some degree determine the benefits you will gain.

I have been practicing Reiki for 10 years and have found it totally life transforming and a great benefit in managing a difficult illness in 2002.

Reiki is a simple system to learn and has practical applications for everyday life.

Personal experience with Reiki

My first encounter with the Reiki energies was in 1983 when a friend introduced me to a lady called Beryl at the Silverdale centre.I found the talk she gave both fascinating and challenging.Although I had been interested in energy medicine and eastern philosophies for many years I had not encountered anything like Reiki before and I must confess I felt rather skeptical about some of the claims which were being made about it.
However it was in 1987 following the birth of my first daughter that I went to see a Healer. Her name was Ronnie and she had been at the meeting in 1983. I felt an immediate connection with her, and a level of synchronicity with what I was now doing.

After the birth of my first child I had suffered a pulmonary embolism which incapacitated me for the first 12 months of my daughter’s life. I took my daughter with me to the healing sessions. I sat and the lady put her hands on my body. I experienced an intense heat and felt emotional. The sessions comforted me and helped with my self healing.

Again years passed and I experienced healing first hand but not reiki. In 1996 I made contact with Beryl again and had a number of Reiki sessions. I had no desire to learn about Reiki but wanted to focus on my personal well being and self development.

In 2002 I became seriously ill and started to have Reiki and Homeopathic remedies to try and compliment my treatment from traditional means .However the situation reached a crisis and I had major surgery in 2003.During my recovery period I knew I had a different path for my life .I had become disconnected with my spiritual and creative side. I knew I had to change jobs and be more at peace within myself.

I met Janet Roome and Chris Brady in June 2003.I decided to do reiki 1 with them in October 2003.

Learning and experiencing Reiki has changed the way I live my life. It has opened doors for me when I felt it was impossible to change a situation.Reiki has supported me and given me strength. I have enjoyed giving reiki to others and learning to live a lighter life.

I completed my level 3 Reiki in December 2005.I started teaching Reiki in 2006 as I now felt ready and confident to pass on this system of healing.I moved to Spain in 2006 after much planning and a desire to find a different way of life which would be a basis to continue helping others in a free spirited way.

I am a qualified social worker and worked with the social services for 22 years.I also qualified as a personal life coach in 2001.I have qualifications in massage.

Throughout my life I have undertaken many courses in the field of spirituality and healing which have enabled me to broaden my knowledge, understanding ,and also assist in positively supporting others in their own journeys of transformation.
